Savory and sweet, the mustard, honey and brown sugar are balanced by salt and umami from soy sauce with a kick from a pinch of cayenne pepper. Unparalleled as a BBQ baste and dipping sauce for smoked or grilled pork, turkey and chicken. It is equally as great as a dip for pretzels, cheese, sausages and crackers.
